The KidSwing Golf Tournament was founded in 2003 by former Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children patient Ben Sater. When he discovered that TSRHC does not charge patient families for care, he decided to use his love for golf to give back to the hospital by creating KidSwing, a 9-hole, best-ball scramble for players ages 7 to 18 of all levels of golf ability. Kids do not need to be experienced golfers to participate. To date, KidSwing has raised almost $500,000 for TSRHC.
