Thanks to all those who participated in the 2009 KidSwing Dallas Tournaments!
Both tournaments are nine-hole, best-ball scrambles for players ages 7 to 18 of all levels of golf ability. To date, the KidSwing tournaments have raised more than $802,000 for TSRHC.
KidSwing was founded in 2003 by former Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children patient Ben Sater at age 11. When Ben discovered that TSRHC does not charge patient families for care, he decided to use his love of golf to give back to the hospital. KidSwing has since become an annual event, and last year it expanded into two tournaments, one in Dallas and one in McKinney. |
