All KidSwing-McKinney players must register online through www.Active.com. Parents, please enter your child's information during the registration process. If you are registering more than one child, please select the option to register another person prior to submitting the registration. Once you have completed all KidSwing-McKinney registrations, hit the submit button. Upon submission, you will be given a confirmation page and requested to complete a pledge page program for each child. Please note that parents will have to create an Active.com account for each child that is fundraising with KidSwing-McKinney, as only one pledge page can be assigned to an Active account/username. You may either use a previous Active account or create a new account with a different e-mail. In creating a new Active account, please create the account in the child's name with the adult's birthdate as you must be 14 years old to have an Active account. If you have forgotten your account information, you can request that a new password be sent to the e-mail assigned to the account. To play in KidSwing-McKinney, parents/guardians must sign and return the
Injury Waiver and Media Release Forms. You will not be able to play in KidSwing-McKinney if these forms are not completed and returned to the address below on or before Monday, July 6, 2009.
