Welcome to KidSwing! Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children proudly announces the first KidSwing golf tournament to be held in McKinney, Texas. The KidSwing Golf Tournament was founded in 2003 by former Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children patient Ben Sater. When he discovered that TSRHC does not charge patient families for care, he decided to use his love for golf to give back to the hospital by creating KidSwing, a 9-hole, best-ball scramble for players ages 7 to 18 of all levels of golf ability. Kids do not need to be experienced golfers to participate. To date, KidSwing has raised more than $660,000 for TSRHC. The 2008 KidSwing-McKinney tournament included an 18-hole competitive tournament for players ages 14-18 and a nine-hole, best-ball scramble for players ages 7-18 of all levels of golf ability.KidSwing
